Poor of the Parish of Saint Ann in Black
Friars London, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Molser in the County of
Buckinghamshire
and to every of them

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Ann in Black Friars
London, That Mary Tame< no role > , the Wif e of Joseph Tame< no role >
now a Soldier his Majesty's Service, and Joseph< no role >
their Infant Child aged Eighteen Months did
lately come to reside to their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely tobecome charge-
able thereto,unless timely prevented,which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon the due Proof made thereto, as well upon
the Oath of the said Mary Tame< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary Tame< no role > , and Joseph Tame the [..]
Infant Child
to be in the said Parish of Molser in the County of
Buckinghamshire
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Ann in Black Friars
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary Tame< no role >
and Joseph Tame the said Infant Child
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Molser in the County of Buckinghamshire
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 26th Day of November One Thousand
Seven Hundred and seventy two
