We the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Bromley in the County of Kent hereby give you
Notice that we intend to appeal at the next General
Sessions of the Peace to be held at the Guildhall in & for
the said City of London against an Order on Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of William Nash< no role > Esquire &
Sr. Richard Glyn< no role > two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said City and the Liberties thereof whereby Edward
Payne aged about ten Years was removed from your
said Parish of Saint Bartholemew the Great to our
said Parish of Bromley Dated this 27th Day of November
1772
