To the Right Honourable James Townsend< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor of the City of
London & the Rest of the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the City of London & Liberties thereof
in their General Sessions assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Bromley
in the County of Hent

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands & Seals
of William Nash< no role > Esquire and Sir Richard Glyn< no role > two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City & the Liberties
thereof bearing Date the 15th Day of October last past Edward
Payne
< no role > aged about Ten Years was removed from and out
of the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Great London
to the said Parish of Bromley as the Place of his last legal
settlement Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved and humbly appeal against the said
Warrant Order

Therefore humbly pray your Worships to
appoint a Day in this present General Sessions
to hear and determine this our Appeal.
