Whereas the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Catherine Creechurch
London have exhibitted their Petition and
Appeal to this Court setting forth that by a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal under the Hands and Seals of Sir William Stephenson< no role >
Knight
and Frederick Bull< no role >
Esquire
two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for
the City of London
and Liberty's thereof one being of the Quorum bearing
date the Twenty second day of May Instant Robert Cawood< no role >
was removed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Andrew in Holborn
London to the
said Parish of Saint Catherine Creechurch
as the Place of his last legal
settlement And that the Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal humbly appealed
against the same Wherefore at the request of the said Petitioners It is
Ordered that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them and that
the hearing and determination thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned
unto the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the
said City at the Guildhall
aforesaid on Monday the fifth day of July
next at Eight of the Clock in the Morning and that due notice hereof
be given unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew in Holborn
