WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the
City of London
and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quo-
rum, by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Bennett
London, That Ann Morse< no role >
Widow
of Francis Morse< no role >
deceas'd whose Settlement cannot be found did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Ann Morse< no role >
as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Ann Morse< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Saint Ann
and that thither to she ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Bennett
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Ann Morse< no role >
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Ann
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for her according to Law. Given under
our Hands and Seals, this 22d Day of October
