WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the
City of London
and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quo-
rum, by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Andrew
London, That Robert Cawood< no role >
did
lately came to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Robert Cawood< no role >
as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Robert Cawood< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Saint Katherine Creechurch
and that thitherto he ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Andrew
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Robert
Cawood
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Katherine Creechurch
And him deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for him according to Law. Given under
our Hands and Seals, this 22d. Day of May
