To the Right Worshipfull his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City of London at their
General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Stephen in Walbrook
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Order under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City of
London (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing Date the Seventeenth Day
of February last past Margaret Biggs< no role > wife of John Biggs< no role > , gone from
her, and their four Children, to wit, John George< no role > Aged Seven Years
Charles< no role > Aged five Years, Anthony< no role > Aged two Years, and Sarah Aged
Six Weeks were removed from the Parish of Saint Stephen in Coleman
Street London to the said Parish of Saint Stephen in Walbrook
London as the Last Legal Place of their Settlement By which Your
Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggrieved and Appeal to this Court
Against the said Pass Order

Your Petitioners therefore pray Your
Worships will be pleased to hear and Determine
the Matters touching this Appeal and give
them such relief in the premisses as to Your
Worships shall seem Just and meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
