WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the
City of London
and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quo-
rum, by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Giles

gone from her and their Child Elizabeth Frances< no role >
aged Twenty Months did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Elizabeth Nash< no role >
as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said James Nash< no role >
Elizabeth his
Wife and their said Child
to be in the said Parish of Saint Mary in Aldermanbury
and
that thither to the said Elizabeth Nash< no role >
and her said Child
and that thither toought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Giles
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Elizabeth Nash< no role >

from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Mary in Aldermanbury
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law, Given under
