To the Right Honourable Brass Crosby< no role > Esquire Lord
Mayor of the City of London and the rest of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said City in their General Session
of the Peace at Guildhall in and for the said City assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty
of Saffron hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of your Lordship and Sir Richard Glyn< no role >
Knight and Baronet two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City and Libertys thereof (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty ninth day of July last Daniel Wynn< no role >
Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and their Child Daniel< no role > aged one year were
removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn London to the
said Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents as
the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Daniel Wynn< no role >
Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and their said Child Whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Honourable Court against the
said Order and pray that the said Court will be
pleased to Order that the Church Warden and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn London and all persons
concerned do Attend this Court some day in the
next enwilling Session of the peace for the said
City and Liberties thereof to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal and that the
benefit of hearing the said Appeal at that
Session may be Savid to your Petitioners And
that your Petitioners may be otherwise
releived in the Premises as the said Court
shall see fit

And Your Petitioners shall pray Etc.
