Whereas Complaint hath this Day been made unto Us, two

London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Margaret at Hill
London, That
John Elkin< no role >
did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said

as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said
John Elkin< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Saint Margaret
Westminster
and that thitherto her ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Mary at Hill
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said John Elkin< no role >
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Margaret Westminster
And [..] deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for him according to Law. Given under our Hands
