Abraham Duglas< no role > a told him the said John Carudas< no role > that they these
Deponents wanted very much to know where the said Thomas Hurnall< no role >
was to be met with in Order that they these Deponents might serve him
with a Subpana to appear as a Witness for the said Defendant at this
present Session and the said Abraham Duglas< no role > Shewed such subpana to
the said John Carudas and the said John Carudas then and there informed
these Deponents and which information they verily believe to be true that
he the said John Carudas did not know where the said Thomas Hurnall< no role >
could be found, And these Deponents further Severally say that on the
said Friday on the afternoon and also on Saturday the Twenty fifth day
of the said Month of April about one of the Clock in the Afternoon And
also on Monday the Twenty seventh day of the said Month of April about
Nine of the Clock in the Morning they those Deponent did again go to
the said House of the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > and did then again make
Enquiry for the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > of the said John Carudas there
andthe said John Carudas on the said Several days and times last
mentioned there informed these Deponents and which information
they verily believe to be true that he the said John Carudas did not
know where the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > could be found, and these
Deponents further Severally say that on the said Monday about four
of the Clock in the afternoon and also on Tuesday the Twenty Eighth
day of the said Month of April about ten of the Clock in the forenoon
they these Deponents did again go to the said House of the said Thomas
Hurnall and did make Enquiry for him of Mrs. Hurnall his wife
there and the said Mrs. Hurnall at both the said times last mentioned
informed these Deponents and which Information they verily
belive to be true that the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > had sent her no
Letter since he had been gone into the Country and she did not know
where the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > was to be found, And these
Deponents further severally say that on Wednesday the Twenty
ninth day of the said Month of April about Nine of the Clock
in the Morning they these Deponents did again go to the said Houses
of the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > and did then make Enquiry for
him of the said John Carudas there and the said John Carudas< no role >
then informed these Deponents and which information they verily
believe to be true that the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > was not at
home and he the said John Carudas did not know where the
said thomas Hurnall< no role > was to be found, and they Deponents
further severally say that on thursday the Thirtieth day of the
said month of April about nine of the Clock in the Evening they
these Deponents did again go to the said House of the said
Thomas Hurnall< no role > and did then make Enquiry for him of the
said Mrs Hurnall his Wife there and the said Mrs Hurnall
then informed these Deponents and which information they verily believe
to be true that she did not know where the said Thomas Hurnall< no role >
then was as she had not heard from him, and these Deponents
further severally say that on Friday the First day of may Instant
about ten of the Clock in the Morning and also on Saturday the Second
day of May instant about Eleven of the clock in the Morning they
these Deponents did again go to the said House of the said Thomas
