Hurnall and did then make Enquiry for him of the said John Carudas there
and the said John Carudas did at both those times inform these
Deponents and which Information they verily believe to be true that
the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > was not come home and that he the said
John Carudas< no role > did not know where he the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > was
to be found, And these Deponents further severally say that on the same
last mentioned Saturday about Nine of the Clock at night they these
Deponents did again go to the said House of the said Thomas Hurnall< no role >
and did then make Enquiry for him of the said Mrs Hurnall and
the said Mrs Hurnall there informed these Deponents and which information
they verily believe to be true that the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > was not
come home and that she did not know where he was to be found And
these Deponents further Severally say that on Sunday the third day of May
Instant about nine of the Clock in the Evening they these Deponents did
again go to the said House of the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > and did then
make Enquiry for him of the said John Carudas and the said John
Carudus then informed these Deponents and which Information they
verily believe to be true that the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > was not come
home and that he the said John Carudas did not know when he the
said Thomas Hurnall< no role > would come home, And lastly the said Jacob
Abrahams for himself saith that he will use his utmost Endeavours to
find out the said Thomas Hurnall< no role > and hopes and verily believes
he shall be able to get him served with a Subpana to appear as a
Witness for this Deponent on the Tryal of the said Indictment
at the next Sessions of Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery to be
hidden for the City of London of this Honourable Court will be
Pleased to put of the said Trial and respite this Deponents
Recognizance till that time.
