(whose Christian name this Deponent Doth not know)
is as this Deponent is informed and verily believes
to be true a very material Witness on this Majesty's
behalf against the said John Vestenburg< no role >

Holland
and without whose Testimony this
Deponent is informed and verily believes the
prosecutors cannot safely proceed to Trial And this
Deponent upon his Oath further Saith that he
hath been informed and verily believes that the
said Van Hornpecks will be in England to give
Evidence on His Majesty's behalf against the said

at the next General Session of
Gaol delivery to be held for the City of London
