told him he would not have any, that about the
latter and of December a beginning of January last
the Prisoner told this Informant he was going
to take a shop in the other End of the Town, but
He should not quit his Place but would put in a
Partner in such Shop, but would not then tell him who
was to be his Partner, Saith that about a Week
after the Prisoner told Informant he was going to Set
up directly and that his partner was to be the
Wife of William Shift< no role > Coachman to Mr Shaedy
and that He would buy in Goods and go now and
then to Instruct her, and that He Should Sell
Liquors at the Same Time, That about the
Middle of the Month of January last the said
Prisonertold himshould this Informant the shop
he was going to take and that it lies near Covent
Garden, and thatKepts Wife and and honhe
was to meet Keft the cane him an and his Wife
that Eveningat the Coachmans Stableat Mr
Shawys Stable but upon Informant tellling
the Penr. he had better not take the shop, the
Prisoner said He would not, that about
the letter End of Janry last the Prisoner told
this Informant that he would go down to
Birmingham at set up a Gin shop there
