where he grew worse, and after
his Recovery these Deponents have been Informed and veily
believe he went abroad beyond Seas and these Deponent
also say that they did not Bail the said Defend out with any
Sinister views to facilitate his escape or to prevent his Coming
to take his Fryal, but they do solemuly Declare that when they
were Informed that such Indictment was found against the
Defendant these Deponents made all diligent enquiry at his
last place of abode and at all other places where the said Defendt.

to bring him to Court to take his Tryal on the said Indictment
