The Information of Richard you [..]
Eaton of the Parish of St Pa [..] shadwell
Waterman

Who on his Oath Saith, that on the twenty Ninth of
May Last He together with William Groves< no role > and John
Baylis
< no role > Stole out of Several Crafts on the River Thames
about two Children of Coats and Saith, that one Patrick
Teling
< no role > received the said Coals and Sold them to a jew
but does not Know his name nor Place of Aboad. Saith
that the said Teling had three Pound Ten Shillings
for the Coals which Many was shared amongst there
saith That on Friday last the together with William Groves< no role > and John
Beylis, wint into the House of Hans Newsham and
there feloniously took and carryed away a Silver Tankard
the said Baylies took up the Tankard and Put it in his
Pocket in Presence of this Informant and the said
Groves, and Carryed at away, Saith that they all want
to Mr Hart a Jew [..] near Iron gate to sell the
said Tankard but the said Hart refused to buy it, they
then went to the House of Daniel Thomas< no role > in
Denmark street to Enquire of One Judith Cassady in
Order to get her to Salt the Fankand. She answered
that she wou'd gett Ann Davis< no role > to Sellist the said
Davis and Groves did go to sell the Tankard while
thus Informant and Baylis staid with Judith Cassidy< no role >
in the House of the said Daniel Thomas< no role > , saith that
in about two Hous the said Davis and the said groves
returned and told this Informant that they had sold
the Tankard, to a Jew in Duke a Place for two Pound
Eleven Shillings of which the said Ann Davis< no role > and the
said Judith Cassady at had three Shillings Each, and the
not of the Money was should by this Informant Grove
and Baylis.
