The Examination and Voluntary Confession of
Peter Bark< no role > taken before us two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the said County
the 3d Day of July in the year of our Lord 1770

This Examinant saith on Saturday last the thirtieth
Day of June last between Twelve and one o'Clock of the
same Day as this Examinant and one Hyam Solomons< no role >
commonly called Senegal were walking along a
Street called London wall in the City of London
the said Hyam Solomon commonly called Senegal
went into a Shop, in the said Street and took and
brought from and out of the same Several [..] pair of
Black Worsted Stockings and Several black
worsted Breeches pieces and Delivered the said black
Stockings and Black worsted Breeches pieces
to this Examinant, and bid him to carry the
same to the Sign of the Cock at Cock-hill near
Hamsditch [..] and wait there, saith
that as he was going with the said Black Stockings
and Black Worsted Breeches pieces he was stone
and Detained by one John Padget< no role > This name instance is in set 3663. on Suspicion
of Stealing the same
