at the last Session of Oyer and Terminer held on
Wednesday the fifth day of April last to take his
Trial on the said Indictment but the said
Thomas Scott< no role > did not appear and take his Trial
as by his recognizance he undertook And
these are further to Certify that Thomas
Cavanaugh< no role > hath not yet appeared or pleaded
to the said Indictment altho on the 15th. day of March
last he entered into a recognizance before the
Right Honble The Lord Mayor with two Sureties
to wit himself in the Sum of Eighty pounds and
John Robinson< no role > of Red lyon Street White Chapel
Officer of the palace Court and Lazarus Jacobs< no role >
of Bull Court petticoat Lane Middx Merchants
in the sum of Forty pounds each for his
appearance at the last Session of Oyer & Terminer
above mentioned to plead and Traverse And
these are further to Certify that the said Will
the Lagger hath not as yet appeared or pleaded
to the said Indictment Dated this fifth
day of May in the Year of our Lord 1769 .
