Indicted for obtaining fourteen pounds from
Daniel Bristow< no role > by Fraud ed. at a Game
called hiding under the Hat against the form
of the Statute To which Indictment the
said Thomas Scott< no role > pleaded Not Guilty and
entered into a recognizance on the 21st. day of March last before Samuel
Turner< no role > Esquire May of the said City with two
Sureties to wit himself in the sum of Two hundred
pounds and Thomas Dudfield< no role > of Lemon Street
Middx Vintner and John Drysdale< no role > of Orange
Street near Leicester fields Vintner in the Sum
of the hundred pounds each for his appearance
