The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hand and Seal of
the Right Honourable

one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace fot the said City bearing Date

Vagabond was conveyed from the City of London
to the said Parish
of Saint Anne
as the place of her last legal Settlement Where by
Your Petitioner conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Therefore they humbly Appeal to Your Wordhips
against the said Pass Warrant And Pray that Your
Worships will be pleased to hear and Determine the
said Appeal according to Law and Justice
