The humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Swithin London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London
and the Liberties thereof (one being
of the Quorum) dated the twenty second day of April last past

deceased and their four

aged eight years
Mary< no role >
aged four Years
Susanna < no role >
aged two Years and
Robert< no role >
aged six weeks were removed
from the Parish of Alhallows the less
in the said City to the said

Parish of Saint Swithin
as the place of their last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved by the
Judgment of the said two Justices and therefore humbly Appeal to
this honble Court against the same and
Pray that the benefit of their Appeal
may be saved unto your Petitioners
and that the Hearing and Determination
thereof may be Adjourned unto the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said City
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
