as a Rogue and Vagabond Wandring abroad Lodging in the
Open Air and not giving a good Account of

and upon Examination of the said

take before Me upon Oath (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Sermon is in the said Parish of Saint Ann
These are therefore to require You the said Thomas Rothwell< no role >
to convey the said Elizabeth Sermon< no role >
to the Parish of Saint Clement Danes

the being the first Parish in the next Precinct thro' which
She ought to pass, in the direct Way to the said Parish
of Saint Ann
to which She is to be sent, and
to deliver her to the Constable or other Officer, of such first
Parish in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said Elizabeth Sermon< no role >
taking his Receipt for the said. And the said Sermon
to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the said Parish of Saint Ann
there to be delivered to some Church-Wardens, Chapel-Warden, or
Overseers of the Poor, to be provided for according to Law. And you
the said Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor,
are hereby required to receive the said Elizabeth Sermon< no role >
and provide for her
as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal this 23d
