The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant as Order under
the Hands and Seals of the Right Honourable Thomas Harley< no role > Lord
Mayor of the City of London and Sir Charles Asgill< no role > This name instance is in set 4365436543652395. Baronet two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said City and Liberties
there of bearing Date the third day of May one thousand Seven
hundred and Sixty Eight One Elizabeth Mc.Quan< no role > Aged Eleven
Years was removed from the parish of Saint Bridget London
to the parish of Saint Paul at Shadwell

That Your Petitioners Conceive
themselves Aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order and
Humbly appeal Against the same Your Petitioners
therefore Humbly Pray that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a day of this present Sessions that all parties may
Attend to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal.

And Your Petitioners shall ever
