1st. June 1767 .

Messrs. Wenman & Co. propose to grant a Lease to Mr. Doran of the
House and Premisses in Sweetings Alley now in habited by him for
Seven Years at Midsummer next at the Yearly Rent of £90. clear of
all Taxes whatsoever and also propose to put the said Premisses into
Senentable Repair and if any Dispute shall happen between the said
Parties about the Repairs that the same shall be settled by Mr Deputy
Ellis And in order to enable the said Messrs. Wenman & Co. so to do
Mr. Water house with whom they had before entered into an Agreement
in Wrting to let the said Premisses being now present in Court did at
the Request of the said Messrs. Woman & Co give up the said Agreement
