Cripplegate London , and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of theParish of Precinct of Whitefryers London
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said
Parish of Saint Giles
London, That Ann Pinkney< no role > wife of John Pinkney< no role >
gone from her and their two Children Ann < no role > aged
five Years and John < no role > aged Twelve Weeks are
lately came to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Ann Pinkney< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said John Pinkney< no role > Ann his wife
and their said two Children
to be in the saidParish of Precinct of Whitefryers and that
thitherto the said Ann Pinkney< no role > and her said two Children
and that thithertoought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
of the said Parish of Saint Giles
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Ann Pinkney< no role >
and her said two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the saidParish of
Precinct of Whitefryers
And them deliver unto theChurch-Wardens andOverseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law, Given under our Hands
and Seals, this Seventh Day of February One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty Six
