Who being upon Oath says that a Person new present who
calls himself Ben: Stratford< no role > as he believes about the Months of Janry 1761
published to this Informt. as true a Bill of Exchange for £30
purporting to be the Bill of Exchange of Howard Stratford< no role > upon
Barclay Freame & Co. Bankers in Lombard Street farther
say that he verily believes the said Bill of Exchange to be
false forged and Counter feited and tha it was published to
this Informant by said Stratford knowing it to be so with Intent to Cheetand
Defrand him agt. the Statute Etc.
