Mariner maketh Oath & saith that Dept. & John Marsh< no role >
Commander of a Canterbury Hoy being in Company to afsd.
at a Publick House in Thames Street her own by he Sign
of the Kentish Hoy abt. the Evening, Dept. observed the
deced to come in the rabt. [..] the same Evening: that she
deced produced some Snuff Bones which he offered to
Sales and one William Page< no role > a Ticket Porter then pre [..]
desired him to put them up at Auction, which the deced
did & to the best of Depts. Reimbrance Dept. being Auction
4 of them were sold at different Prices; upon their Sale
deced was required to opened six pence in Liquor upon
the Company by way of Recompence to the Auctioneer
wch was done & paid for by the deced and drand by the
Company; that the deced bury then very much intoxicated
with Liquor Mr. David Davies< no role > the Mar. of the House desired the
deced to go home and led the deced out & shut the Streat Door
after him on wch the deced Knocked at the Door & Page
sam afterwds. let him in that sam afterwds. Page in a Frolich
as Depts. believes laid himself down upon the Flan & moved his hand as a
Hint, as Dept believes to March to push the deced over
Pape, which [..] Mans did as [..] did as [..] believe
he being the nearest to the deced when he was so thereon
over Page: that Dept. heard the deced fall wch seemed to
be with great force by the Sound: that Page assisted in
touching the deced up are Page other deced afterwds. drank two
Pints of Beer between them that Dept. did not hear the
deced make any Complaint, and Dept. soon afterwds. went
to Bed lodging at the came house, leaving the [..] of the
Company there, and [..] heard nothing fors. abt. the deced till
this Morning when Dept. was told he was dead, Says she
apprehends it was between the Hours of 9 & 10 in the morning
when the Accident happened.

David Davis< no role > of Harp Lane in the Parish of St. Dunstan in the East London Victualler maketh oath
and & saith that to the best of Dept. Recd [..] the deced [..]
Depts. course abt. 9 in the Lovenry, of the 13p. [..] Sent Snuff Boxes, some
of wch were there put up & sold by Quartin; says the deced staida
there till between 10 & 11 when being very much [..] Dept lad him out
of the House & desired him to go handy, or with Dept. into [..] that
Street Done & went to some other Compan in the Houses says he was
afterwds. let in by somebody in the Company, but by where Dept.
honours not: that Dept. saw him not [..] anywhere till after
his Tall: that he then made no Complaint of any hurt of afterwds. and the
deced and [..] afterwds. drink two Pints of Beer between & sat
together [..] hour afterwds. and Dept. Humbly in out of the [..]
he [..] Complaint and [..] Dept. Grays not.
