The King of the Prosecution of Bridget Culllum< no role >

John Mahone< no role >

Bridget Cullum< no role > the presenting in this Cause maketh Oath and
saith that she is the Mother of John Cullum< no role > late of his Majesty's Ship
the Panther who dyed that the East Indies and this Deponent saith
that she lived in Ireland and on hearing of the Death of her said
Son and that he dyed without Will was Recommended to Mr. Richard
Morris
< no role > of the Navy Office to take out Letters of Administration for
her which he accordingly Did and this Deponent with that the
said John Mahone published in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
a paper Writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of
the said John Cullum< no role > deceased and this Deponent saith That
the names of the Subscribing Witnesses to the said pretended
Will are John James< no role > now deceased and Robert Dean< no role >
Surgeon and this Deponent saith that one Mrs. Raffells of the said
Prerogative Office had two Letters of the said John James< no role > and on
Compairing the Hand Writing of the said two Letters with his name
Was ter to the said pretended Will they appeared to be two
different Hands Writing on which the Gentleman of the Register
Office were all of opinion that the said pretended Will was forged
and this Deponent saith that she was Advised to have him
Apprehended for publishing the said Pretended Will and this
Deponent saith that [..] her inquiring where the she said Robert
Dean
