The Humble Petition of John Mahone< no role > now a Prisoner in Newgate

Sheweth


That your Petitioners was on the first day of march last
Committed to Westminster Gatehouse by Thomas Miller< no role > Esquire by
Virtue of a Warrant upon the oath of Bridget Cullum< no role > Widow on
suspicion of Feloniously making forging Counterfeiting and
publishing a Certain Instrument purporting to be the last will
and Testament of John Cullum< no role > a Marriner deceased late belonging
to his Majestys Ship the Panther with an Intent to Cheat and
detrand his majesty knewing the same. to be forged and Counterfeiting
Contrary to the Statute Etc

Therefore your Petitioner most humbly Prays your
Lordship and the rest of this Honourable Court
taking the Premises into your Consideration That
your Petitioner might may be this present Session
Tried Bailed or discharged for the same And
your Petitioner as in Duty bound shall Ever pray
Etc
