Be Pleased to take Notice that the Court of Sessions
of the Peace to be holden for the City of London at the Guildhall
thereof will be moved on Monday at Ten of the Clock
in the forenoon of the same day, tha the Defts Recognizance
by him Entred into Conditioned to Try his Traverse on that day
may be Respited till the first day of December Sessions next
on Account of the Absence of Sarah Watson< no role > , who is a Material
Witness for the said Deft, and without whose Testimony by cannot
Safely proceed to the Tryal of this Cause, which sd. Sarah
Watson lately Lived at Mr. Paul Dormer< no role > s in Prisoners Court
in the Old Bailey London, but hath lately quitted her Sd. Service
and cannot at Present be mett with, so as to be Subpen [..] d
to Give Evidence on Behalf of the Sd. Deft at the Tryal
of this Cause Dated this Twelfth day of October 1765
