Edward Donton< no role > of Gray Inn Lane in the Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn Gentleman Maketh Oath That
on Monday the thirtyeth of April last he this Deponent did
Personally Serve John Wilks< no role > and James Hale< no role > Witnesses
in this Cause with a true Copy of the Paper Writing hereunto
annexed Purporting that the said Deft Joseph Watson< no role > would
as an this Day at ten of the Clock in the forenoon at Justice Hall
in the Old Dailey (or as soon after as the Court there would
permitt) Surrender himself and take his Tryall on the
Indictment preferred against him in the above Cause And this
Deponent Saith that he did on such thirtyeth of April leave
at the George in Long Acre with the Landlord of the Housethere
where Richard Fuller< no role > another Witness in such Notice named
lately Lodged (and where as this Deponent was Credibly
Informed and believes he the said Richard Fuller< no role > some
Times [..] resorted (a true Copy of such Notice and did also
on the said thirtieth of April leave at the said Richard Fullers< no role >
Lodgings in Little Warner Street in the Parish of Saint James
Clerkenwell another true Copy of the same Notice And that
such Notice and Copys were all respectively signed by the said
Joseph Watson< no role > And this Deponent Saith that he on Tuesday or
Wednesday last happened to see the said Richard Fuller< no role > and
did then Inform him that he this Deponent had left such
Notices for him the said Richard as above Setforth and also
of the Time they were for

Sworn the 3d. May 1764 at Justicehall
in the Old Bailey By the Court
