We whose Names a hereunder Written Master Taylors [..] siding within the City of London and
the Liberties thereof most Humbly beg Leave to Certify that we have Maturely Weighed Considered and
Examined into the Allegations of the within Petition and are convinced that the same are true and
we are willing and desireous to consent to the Prayer thereof And we do most Humbly Conceive
that the Limitting the Hours of Work from Six in the Morning to Seven in the Evening will conduce
greatly to the Publick Service as well as to the felicity and Satisfaction of both Masters and
Journeymen in the same TradeDated this Twenteenthday of April One Thousand Seven
hundred and Sixty Four .
