The humble Petition of The Church Wardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. George in Southwarke

Sheweth

That Robert Southam< no role > Jane< no role > his Wife of their
three Children to wit Dina< no role > aged ten Years William< no role >
Aged nine Years and Jane< no role > Aged two Years, were by an
Order dated 15th Decr. 1762 under the hands & Seals of
Sr. Charles Asgill< no role > This name instance is in set 4365. & Sr .Wm.Stevenson< no role > Knt . two of his
Majestys Justices of ye Peace for ye. sd. City, removed from
the Parish of Allhallows ye Less London to our said
Parish of St. George , whereby we think our selves
agrieved

Your Petitionrs therefore most humbly
beg leave to enter an Appeal agt the said
Order & desire to be heard by Councell thereupon

And your Petitionrs. will ever pray Etc
