Whe Lose Brakers Williams and myself set from Goswell Street
one Night About Eleven oClock he said he Would go to A place tyborn Road
Way where there where Greate Quares he & I went to A Square Called Squavindist
square Whent to same Buildings just by and got A Ladder & he Whent Over A Wall
and said heres A Plake will Due come over I went over the first Wall and he
said to me stay here Dont you se that sash he Struck A Light With A Flint Street
and Tinder box he puld out of his Pocket and told me he would git Down there
and git in that Window he thought the Spikes to try he said Stay here and
I will go and se furder O Staid I beleve half an Our at at Last he came back
saishe to me come over there or four Walls and I get a Place Will Due so I
whent over within and when we come to the Place he took the Ladder Six hands
and turn'd it Over the Spikes and get down and get in the Window and Lan turn in
his hand he handed the Silver in the Window when he get all he could he came
out of the Window and handed it throw the Iron Rails some whe tyde it up in
A White Cloath and A handkerchif and get A Way as fast as We Could when come where
he were going with it he Left me behind & said the man would not by it only
of him he Delt some yeds with him he Brought me Eleven guineas and A half the
tole there & twenty Guineas

Williams and myself and William Morgan< no role > set out from my house in Pauls Alley
one Night and Whent to A Wall backwards belong into the Grace the Duke

Afterwards I took to Rooms of A Floor in Bickupgate Street in Fan Alley we

I whent back to Morgan in the Street & in A quarter of an Our he come but
forwards in the Street to [..] and Said he [..] had get the Door Open now
whe might Come in and Load Ourselves with all sorts of Silks he took
Morgan in With im and bid me Watch at the Door they brought out A Load
of Silks gave me as much as I could Carry they Left me be hind Packing
Nine under my Great Coat When I Some home they was there and they
thought I was taken we said down & Slept A Little we got up & Carrie
the Silks as for as Gravell Lane than Williams took them & Carrie
them to the man he Deals with he Received for the hole twenty Eight
Guineas and A half

the Next Whe Williams & Morgan & I Whent to Richmond Whe Sunday
Morning where Williams told us that he know of som Gentleman houses
that Would Due Where he know we Could Git in When Whe get there we
Stayd till Twelve A Clock at Night at Richmond we get Ladders out
of Several Yards and tryd to git in Severall Gentleman houses but
We Came home in the Money with Nothing

Williams told one he knew of A Place by more field and he knew of Some
Ladders in an Alley there and he knew the Place Would Due Williams and
I Whent together down the Alley and got one of these Ladders we brought
it up the Alley & Carrid it through Old Bed Lam and turned upon the Right
hand Where there Where A Row of houses of Each side whent to the
furder must Row and get over in A Church Yard said he Stay have
While I git Over and se he came back to me in A Quarter of an Our and
told me it would Due, I Whent over Whith him in the Yard & Whent Down
the Stepts and he Broke A pane of Glass, and put is arm throw and on
bot ted the Doar and whe whent in to the Ritchir and took thre or fore
Spoons and A Great quantity of handkerchiefs whe whent up one pair of
Stairs and took A Tea Chest & A Box with pain She in it when whe
Came out we se a baskett of Dirt whe Empted the Baskett and put the
Things in it an Come over the Wall and Brought them to my apartment
and In the Morning Sold the things Spoons to Dunbar the Rachest to
S Compell the Handkerchiefs Pull in at bottom of Check Lane by & sells
handkerchiefs

Williams said he would try the Other side Williams and I got A Ladder
from the same Place A Little Vile after and Whent there whe get over
the Wall with the Ladder over Iron spicker and get In the Yard we open'd
the Great Gates to Come out Again we try'd the First house & it would not Due
Whe get Over the second Wall and Whent Down the stepts and Whent in the
Laundry and took out A Pye with A Silver Spoons in it Sais he Dam your
Eyes Eate this Pye while I git in here for heres Silver A Neef so he Kisted
up the Sash and A Man Called Out we got A Way as fast as Whe could he
Brought the Ladder with him and said he Would Git over Some where
Else we Brought the Ladder Over Morefields and in Little Morefields he
get Over the Wall & Left me behind for it was so Light I could not go with
him so he Came out to me at the Street Door with some two or three Spoons
in his hand he gave them to Me and told me if he could Brake the Dear
Open beds stairs he be Leived there was A silver Tankard so he ask me to
Come and Look but pull of your Shoes so I Whent in with my Shoes in
any trand I Lookt throw S pair of Glass I saw A man is two head up instead
so I persuaded him to come out and at Last he did we put our shoes on at the
Dear and Whent to my home and in the Morning sold these spoons to
Dun Barr at 3s/6 per Ounce

Williams & myself & Gregory set out up tybore Road & Turnd Down Swallow
Street A Little Way Down Swallow Street Williams se A Wall & he said he would
git Over there whe whent in the Next Street and by some Legs there Lay A Long
Ladder then take Brought the Ladder to the Wall and Gregory and Williams
get Over and Left me behind I belive two ours and Came out to me at the
front at the Street Door With one Gound Stripe and Bed gound and Five or Six
Aprons and some handkerchiefs & whe sold them Do Dun Barr for six-
teen Shillins I belive there was A Silver tea Spoons out Wein with them
and one Mans not with Gregory Whares Now
