The Examinant being accused by Francis Wilkinson< no role >
of being concerned with him and Edwd. Williams< no role >
in
divers House breakings and Thefts Saith that he
cannot deny but that he has been Acquainted to
the said Wilkinson from a Child And that he has
been in Company Drinking with him and Williams
and Will Morgan< no role >
and Charles Morgan< no role >
and John
Tompkins< no role >
but never in Robbing with there
As to the Cooks Shop being Robbed he this
Examinant doth admit he was there with
Wilkinson & Williams and that he went down
Stairs for a Pot of Strong Beer and that if
any Linen or other things were taken twas
unknown to him that neither of then ever
Acquainted him with having taken anything
Notwithstanding Wilkinson now charges this
Examinant with having carried away a part &
received part of the Money it sold for and
as before this Examinant utterly denies having any
concern in any Robbery or Theft whatsoever
