maketh Oath and Saith That the
abovenamed hereby Kerwick having been Comitted
so Safely as an Monday last there has not been
Time Sufficient for the Crown to Make the necessary
Preparations for and to bring on the Trial of the
Said Derby Harwick< no role >
at this present Session holding
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
and that there are
as this Deponent believes very material Witnesses on Behalf of the Crown whom
this Deponent had not Time Sufficient to Subpena
and compell to appear at this Sessions but says he
beleives he shall be sole to procure them to attend
at the next Sessions to be holden at Justice Hall
aforesaid.
