before me one of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City. Taken this 14th
Day of March 1759 .

Who on her Oath faith, that she this Examinant was
born at Youghal in the County of Tipperary
within the Kingdom of Ireland

And hath not since her Birth obtained any subsequent Settlement to this
Examinant's Knowledge and Belief.
