and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Bennett in

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City (One whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing Date the 4th. Day of January 1759

aged Eleven Years
were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Clement in
Eastcheap
London into the said Parish of Saint Bennett in Gracechurch Street
as the Place of their last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves aggrieved thereby Do humbly
appeal against the same and pray such Relief
in the Premisses as to your Lordship and
