WHEREAS

apprehended in the Parish of St. Martin Ludgate
London
as a Rogue and Vagabond wandering
abroad and lodging in the open Air giving no
good Amount of herself
and upon Examination of the said
Ann Page< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said
Ann Page< no role >
is at Youghal
in the County of
Tipperary
within the Kingdom of Ireland
These are therefore to require You the said John Apethorp< no role >
to convey the said Ann Page< no role >
to the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldersgate
in the County of Middlesex
that being the first Parish in the next Precinct, thro' which
she ought to pass, in the direct Way to Liverpool
in the County of Lancaster
to which she is to be sent, and
to deliver her to the Constable or other Officer, of such first
parish in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Duplicate
of the Examination of the said Ann Page< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Ann Page< no role >
is
to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner untill he arrive in the said County of Lancaster
there to be put on Board of some Ship, Vessel or Pacquet
Boat, by Warrant under the Hand and Seal of a Justice of the Peace
of the said County, to be conveyed to some port within
the Kingdom of Ireland
pursuant to the Statute in such Cafe made and provided. Given under
Hand and Seal this 14 Day of March 1759
