Lord Mayor of the City of London and one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said City And To the rest of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City in General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Luke in the
County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by a certain Pass under the hand and Seal of
your Lordship bearing date the Nineteenth day of March
One thousand Seven hundred and fifty nine James Harneman< no role >
was removed from the Parish of Saint Peter le Poor London
as a Rogue and Vagabond wandring abroad and Begging
unto the said Parish of Saint Luke as the place of his
last legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
agrieved by the said Pass
and therefore humbly appeal against
the Same.
