from the Parish of St. James in Norwich
with his two
Children vizt.

aged Seventeen Years and
Nathaniel< no role >
aged about fourteen Years to the Parish of St. Mary White
Chapel.
After Benjamin and his two Children had been in White
Chapel Workhouse
about a fortnight or three Weeks at most

the Daughter being desirous to go out and get Work for
Herself had leave given to go out and she went out accordingly
leaving Benjamin her Father and Nathaniel her Brother
behind in the Workhouse and having got a place by the Week
look aLodging near her work and hath continued to work
in her place ever since and thereby maintained herself totally by
Her own Industry and acquired Goods sufficient to furnish her
Lodgings till setlemt was passed by the Respondants to St. Mary White Chappell
Nathaniel the Son after having been about Six or Seven
Weeks in the Workhouse as above was bound Apprentice
in a Third
Parish leaving his Father in the Workhouse and after having
Served about three Quarters of a Year was Drowned
Benjamin the Father after having continued in White
Chapel Workhouse
about one Quarter of a Year and finding
himself better went to Mr. Wills of Leadenhall Street
the Place
where his Daughter was employed and Doubled Wonsted and
Turned the Mill and the Porter going away and Benjamin
the Father behaving well was Continued a while by the Week
for about five or Six Weeks and then his Master agreed to hire
him by the Year which he accordingly did and he continued
with his Master as a Yearly Servant
in Leadenhall Street
about Two Years and then his Master Removing into
Bishopgate
the Respondant Parish he there continued to
live with his Master Six Months or upwards and Lodged
with his Master during the said time when by Reason of
