the said City of London in their General Session of the peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Anne within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the hands
and Seals of Sr . Chas. Asgill< no role > Knt : and Geo: Nelson< no role > Esqr . two of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City of London and LIberties
thereof One being of the Quorum bearing date the twenty third
day or January last James Nisbitt< no role > was removed from the Parish
of St. Gregory by St. Pauls London to the said Parish of St. Anne
as the Place of the last Legal Settlement of the said James Nisbitt
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeal to your Worships
against the Adjudgement of the said two Justices
and pray Your Worships will be pleased to hear
and determine the said Appeal according to Law
and Justice

And Your Petitioners shall pray etc.
