Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Ann in the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of th Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Gregory by Saint Paul's
London, That James Nesbitt< no role > did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become
chargeable thereto, unless timely prevented, which Com
plaint We the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof,
as well upon the Oath of the said James Nisbitt
as otherwise, do adjudge to be true; and We do also ad-
judge the last legal Settlement of the said James Nisbitt
to be in the said Parish of Saint Ann in the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex
and that thitherto he ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and
require you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Gregory
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said James
Nesbitt
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
saint Ann in Westminster aforesaid
And him deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, who is and are hereby required to re-
ceive and provide for him according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals, this twenty third
Day of January One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Fifty Nine.
