WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said
Parish of Saint Gregory by Saint Paul's
London, That Mary Bawden< no role > Widow did

lately came to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and [..] is likely to become
chargeable thereto, unless timely prevented, which Com-
plaint We the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof,
as well upon the Oath of Richard Johnson< no role >
as otherwise, do adjudge to be true; and We do also ad-
judge the last legal Settlement of the said Mary Bawden< no role >

to be in the said Parish of Saint Mary Magdalen in
Old Fish Street
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and
require you the Church wardens and Oversers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Gregory by Saint Pauls
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary
Bawden
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Mary Magdalen in Old Fish Street

And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to re-
ceive and provide for her according to Law, Given
under our Hands and Seals, this twenty Ninth
Day of September One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Fifty Eight .
