The above named Deft. maketh oath that
Abraham Isaacs< no role > of Broad Street Dealer in
Silver is a materil, Witnes for him this Deft.
upon the Trial of this Indictment & without the benefit of his [..] Evidence he this
Depont cannot safely prowed to the
Trial there of and that the said Abraham
Isaacs is out of Town and gone into
the County and do's not return again
to London in less than three Weeks as
he has been informed & verily beleives
and that he hopes to have him as a
witness at the next Sessions.
