Take notice that the Court will be moved at the
Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden at Justice Hall in the
Old Bailey London on Thursday next at four of the Clock in the
[..] afternoon or so soon after as Council can be heard that the tryal
of the Defendant's Traverse upon the Indictment You have
preferred against him for Cheating and defranding you afore
Hogshed of Sugar by false pretence may be putt of til
the then next Ensuing Session of Oyer and Terminer to be
holden in and for the City of London And the Said Court will
be at the Same time moved that the Recognizance Entred into
by the said Defendant and his Sureties for his trying the said
Travers upon the said Indictment may be respited to the
said then next Session of Oyer and Terminer Dated this 23d
day of October 1759
