James White< no role > of Thames Street London Merchant maketh Oath
and Saith that on or about the Eleventh Day of October Instant as this
Deponent verily believes there were Shipped and cleared at Cowes in
the Isle of Wight on Board the Ship called the three Sisters Henry
Coffin
< no role > Master Thirty Tons or Twelve Hundred Bushells of English
White Salt for and on Account of this Deponent the Ounces thereof
and to be delivered to this Deponent in the Port of London the Duties
whereof had been before paid to His Majesty And that the said Ship
with the said Salt on Board her in the Course of her Voyage from Cowes
to London sunk and was totally lost by the Stress of bad Weather
and that all the said Salt Perished by Means of the said Accident.
