Know all Men by these Presents That I James Peale< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Bridget all as St. Brides in the City of London
Cabinet Maker

have Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt clayme unto James Armstrong< no role >
of the parish of Saint Dunstons in the West in the sd. City
of London Baker

hisHeirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatso ever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said James Armstrong< no role >
his Heris Executors and Administrators [..]

or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing.
