Cripplegate London , and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Matthews at Bednal Green
in the County of Middx
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Giles
London, That Ann Bailey< no role > wife of Jeremiah Bailey< no role > a
Sailor in his Majesty's Service and their two Children
Edward< no role > aged four Years and Mary< no role > aged Eight Months
are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Ann Bailey< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Jeremiah Bailey< no role > Ann his Wife
and their said two Children
to be in the said Parish of Saint Matthews at Bednal Green and that
thitherto the said Ann Bailey< no role > and her said two Children
and that thithertoought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Giles
London, forthwith to remove and Convey the said Ann Bailey< no role >
and her said two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Matthews at Bednal Green
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 19th Day of April One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Fifty Eight
