Take Notice that the Prosecutor John Wright< no role > Intends to move the Court of
General Sessions of Oyer and Terminer holden for the City of London at Justice
Hall in the Old Bailey within the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward of Farringdon
without on Saturday Morning being the first day of June next at the Sitting of the
said Court or as soon after as Council Can be heard That the Tryall of the Traverse
of this Indictment may be Put off One of the Prosecutors Material Witnesses
being at Present out of the Way and not to be met with Dated this 30th. Day
of May 1754
